I am a senior design professional with hands-on experience in service design, user research, UX design and business analysis. Over the past five years, I’ve tackled complex challenges as a consultant for four government agencies, creating real value for millions of users. Before that, I spent eight years in the private sector, helping businesses create innovative digital products and seamless user experiences.
