My team had the ambitious target of digitising both: the application form and the operational delivery of the processing team. I led the design team to delivering an end-to end service that met user and business needs.

Making uni lectures more accessible
Traditional subjects, such as Design Research, were struggling to captivate students’ attention impacting on low attendance rates. That led me to design a new interactive way of delivering content for students that was catered to diverse learning styles and disabilities.
